Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer or easy paisa/jazzcash.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us with proof (image/video) for quick processing.

Damaged or Wrong Item
